Heard. Guided. Transformed.

Music is the tool. Belief is the system.

The RBX Project uses DJing, production, and creative technology to build something bigger , confidence, discipline, and self-belief in young people the system often overlooks.

Sessions are led by a working music producer and DJ, someone who's worked with artists, released original music, and had mixes played on BBC Radio 1Xtra, not just someone teaching from the sidelines.

We build skills that last

Every session is technical, creative, and personal. The skills themselves, mixing, production, recording, editing, are real and industry-standard. But what we're actually building is bigger: focus, discipline, self-expression, and the belief that finishing something matters. For some students, that's the first step toward further education or a creative career. For others, it's simply proof they can commit to something and see it through. Both outcomes matter equally to us.

DJing

From beatmatching to blending: students learn to read a room, control a mix, and understand music structure through doing, building focus, decision-making, and confidence under pressure along the way.

Music Production

Beat-making, arrangement, sound design. Students work with industry-standard tools and develop projects they're proud to share, learning that ideas only mean something once you see them through to finished.

Recording & Engineering

Songwriting, vocal recording, microphone technique, basic mixing skills, and DAW workflow. We turn ideas into tracks students actually finish, often the first thing some students have completed in months.

Creative AI Tools

Video editing, image creation, and design using AI-assisted tools, building a creative toolkit for the modern media landscape, and the digital fluency that further education and future employers are increasingly looking for.
